Relationship Officer (RO): We seek energetic individuals aged 20-30 with a higher secondary qualification and valid two-wheeler license to join our team. The role involves acquiring new customers, forming groups, and managing loan repayments. Freshers are welcome.

Sr. Relationship Officer (Sr.RO): We seek energetic individuals aged 21-30 with a higher secondary qualification and valid two-wheeler license to join our team. The role involves acquiring new customers, forming groups, and managing loan repayments. Minimum 1-year experience in MFI required.

Branch Head (BH): We seek energetic, self-motivated individuals aged not more than 34 with a minimum of 4 years MFI experience and 2-years as a Branch Head. Candidates should possess strong communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email), a valid two-wheeler license, and a graduate degree. The role involves team management, ensuring quality loan disbursement, regular collection monitoring, branch maintenance, local authority relations, and staff/customer retention.

Area Head (AH): We seek energetic, self-motivated individuals aged 25-40 with at least 10 years MFI experience, including 2 years as Area Head. Strong communication, Analytical and computer (MS Word, Excel, email) skills are essential. The role involves managing 5-7 branches, ensuring quality loan disbursement, zero defaults, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining strong team and customer relationships. Liaison with the head office is crucial for smooth operations. Must willing to travel and a graduate degree is required.

Collection Officer: We seek energetic and hardworking individuals aged 20-30 with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the BFSI sector, preferably MFI. The role focuses on hard bucket collections (over 60 days past due). A valid two-wheeler license is required.
