Mr. Johri, the founder and Chairman of Bargach Finance, leverages over 27 years of general management experience in banking, particularly retail banking. He provides guidance on strategic items involving regulators, media and investors. He has held senior leadership roles at ANZ Grindlays, Standard Chartered, Barclays, DBS Bank, and most recently, Bandhan Bank, where he served as Executive President & Head of Retail Banking, overseeing the microfinance business. He has also held positions on the Management Committees at Bandhan Bank and DBS Bank. He holds a B. Tech. from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Prasanta Kumar Sahu, Director and GCOO
Mr. Prasanta Sahu the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Bragach Finance brings a wealth of experience, exceeding 18 years. His expertise lies in the realm of microfinance and associated industries. Notably, Mr. Sahu spearheaded the establishment of the microfinance business at Axis Bank. He also possesses valuable experience working with development financial institutions (DFIs) such as the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). He holds an MBA degree from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
Ashish Bhugra

Mr. Bhugra is a seasoned international banker with over 30 years of experience at Citi group and ANZ Banking Group. He led consumer franchises in Bahrain and Egypt for Citibank and oversaw Pacific retail banking for 11 countries at ANZ. Known for his turnaround expertise, Mr. Bhugra also chaired the Bahrain Association of Banks' retail banking committee in 2007. He served as CEO and Executive Director of Banque Privée de Fleury Limited from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Bhugra holds double MBAs from Birla Institute of Technology and Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Mr. Bhutoria, a St. Xavier's College Kolkata graduate, brings over a decade of experience in senior financial roles. Prior to co-founding VT Capital in 2011, he honed his expertise at ICICI Bank and Edelweiss. Dhiraj holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and has successfully completed CFA level 2, demonstrating his well-rounded financial acumen.

Mr. C K Srinivasan joins us as CEO of Bargach Finance. Prior to this role, he was employed as Head of Strategic Initiatives in our group company Vector Finance Pvt Ltd. for a period of nearly two years. In this role, he was instrumental in establishing/grooming dedicated Collection and Quality Control teams besides his involvement in specific tasks assigned to him. He carries an overall experience of 36 years in the Wealth Management/ Private Banking space in the Middle East. He had worked for some of the leading Multinational/Indian Banks like HSBC, Standard Chartered, Barclays, DBS and HDFC Bank in the capacity of Director/ Head of NRI Business. He completed his Masters from Bharatidasan University, Tamil Nadu.
Arindam Chakraborty

Mr. Chakraborty has an experience of over 18 years in the Banking Industry being Asst Vice President & Branch Manager with Axis Bank Limited for 10yr and ICICI Bank Ltd. He has been Vice-President & Cluster Head in Bandhan Bank Ltd for 8 years. Before joining us, he was Head of New Business in our group company Vector Finance. In the early part of his career he was associated with PWC as a trainee in the Statutory Audit Division. Shri Chakraborty has completed his graduation from Calcutta University in Commerce and has JAIIB, KYC, Business Ethics and Cybercrime & Fraud Management certifications from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF).

He served as Zonal Fraud Risk Manager (East and West) at Standard Chartered and transitioned to Head Project Manager for over 100 showrooms at SENCO Gold. Currently, he leverages his expertise as Audit & Operations Risk Head at Bargach Finance Pvt Ltd.

A highly experienced microfinance professional with over 19 years in the industry heads a cluster at Bargach Finance. His career journey includes tenures at Share Microfinance and Arman Financial Services, where he steadily progressed through the ranks. Starting as Field Staff, he advanced to Team Lead, Branch Head, Area Audit Head, Audit State Head and ultimately, State Head operation at Arman Financial Services. This extensive, ground-up experience, coupled with Audit experience, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of microfinance operations.
